Subscription for individuals with a primary or secondary residence who wish to park on the streets (excluding underground parking lots):
Monthly pass: €30
Quarterly subscription : 60€ ( valid from 01/07 to 30/09, from 01/10 to 31/12, from 01/01 to 31/03 or from 01/04 to 30/06 )
Half-year subscription* : 90€ ( valid from 01/10 to 31/03 or from 01/04 to 30/09 )
Annual subscription* : 180€ ( valid from 01/10 to 30/09 )
*Payment can be made by direct debit in instalments (only for half-yearly or annual subscriptions).
How does it work?
To pick up your “subscriber” badge, simply present your vehicle registration document, property or council tax notice, rental agreement or notarized deed to the Service d’Occupation du Domaine Public.
The “subscriber” card must be affixed to the bottom right-hand corner of the windscreen (next to the insurance and roadworthiness stickers).
Residents with a driveway, a personal badge
Authorization to park in front of your driveway (giving access to a single dwelling), provided you do not contravene safety regulations and you display your “residents” badge in full view on the dashboard of your vehicle.
Your badge will be issued by the Public Domain Occupancy Department on presentation of :
> proof of address,
> vehicle registration document
Subscription for Arcachon Market traders
You can purchase a daily pass for €5 from the market attendant, valid from 5.30 a.m. to 2.30 p.m.:
Year-round: > cours Desbiey
October 1 to March 30: > cours Desbiey, boulevard Gounouilhou
Your market card will be issued by the Public Domain Occupancy Department on presentation of :
> a certificate issued by the market delegate certifying the activity,
> the vehicle registration document.
Subscription for craftsmen and professionals
For a one-off annual fee of 300€ (i.e. less than 1€/day) (subscription valid from 1/01 to 31/12), you can park your vehicle in the town center, provided you display the “liberal professions and craftsmen subscribers” card prominently on the dashboard.
The annual subscription will cost 400€ for 2 vehicles from the same structure, 500€ for 3 vehicles and 300€ for each additional vehicle.
