July 14th

To celebrate July 14th, the town of Arcachon is offering a whole program of festivities to enjoy with family and friends.
Of course, it all starts at 11 a.m. with the traditional parade.

Morning event

– 11am: Official ceremony in Place de Verdun, followed by a parade of troops from Base Aérienne 120 de Cazaux,
land and water forces from the Compagnie de Gendarmerie d’Arcachon,
air force, national and municipal police,
the Arcachon Fire Brigade, accompanied by music
by the Orchestre d’Harmonie.d’Arcachon.

On the evening of the Fête Nationale, a light, poetic atmosphere will blow over Arcachon’s seafront with the enchanting ballet of the Luminéoles. Five beautiful, colorful 15-meter-long creatures invite you to join them for a sweet moment of poetry…
