You can occupy all the spaces on the 1^st floor using the auditorium as your plenary room, and with catering or exhibitions in the Salle des Ambassadeurs and reception area.

You can extend your space
into the Espace Deganne on the ground floor as a showroom for vehicles,
or as an exhibition area for your sponsors…

We will study all the possible layouts with you in order to build your ideal event

Whether you are organising a congress, a seminar, a conference or a one-day convention, we will place all our experience at your disposal.

We will help you draw up your specifications and will define a detailed budget proposal tailored to your expectations.

You will have a single contact person who will accompany through a first site visit, during installation and through to the end of your event.

Coffee break or an aperitif with oysters ?

To enhance your conference, you could include: a coffee break, or choose a more local option: an aperitif with oysters* provided by the OYSTER BAR.

*4 open LABAN N°4 oysters, bread, butter, lemon, 1 glass of white wine per person. €7 exc. VAT / head.
